Delivery Times

• We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days after the order is placed. However, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.
• Delivery times can vary based on the courier service and location. We ship via reputable courier services within India.
• We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your shipment directly via the courier website.

Locations We Ship To

• We ship our products globally (excluding areas not serviceable by our logistics partner). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• We require the full address, including the postal code, for all shipments to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates & Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and delivery location. Rates will be shown during checkout.
• We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies.

Taxes & Duties

• For orders shipped within India, the following taxes apply:
• GST as per government regulations
• Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Any additional duties or taxes imposed will be paid by the customer.

Order Processing & Delivery

• We will make every effort to process and ship your order promptly. However, we shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of delays beyond 7 business days, customers can opt for a refund of the order amount. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
• In case of any damage/loss, we will either resend the package or provide a refund per our damaged item policy.

Cancellations & Returns

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will process approved cancellations and issue refunds.
• For any returns/exchanges, please refer to our returns policy.
